Hello! My name is Amy Baca, this school year I began my seventh year of working for West Las Vegas Head Start. I am a teacher in room three at the Los Niños site. I currently posses a Bachelors of Arts degree in University Studies from New Mexico Highlands University, with concentrations in Early Childhood Multicultural Education, Generalized Education Topics, and Humanities. My primary goal as an educator is to develop within each child a strong sense of uniqueness and self worth by providing our small learners with a variety of enjoyable, play based, learning experiences, which are meaningful to them at developmentally appropriate levels. In my classroom I will stress respect for others, decision making, sharing and good manners. I look forward to working with your child as well as your family and will do my best to ensure they will have a successful enjoyable learning experience!
