Mrs. Sheila Martinez is a 1988 graduate from West Las Vegas High School. She then graduated from Luna Community College with honors (Magna Cum Laude Phi Theta Kappa) when she received her AA in Early Childhood. Sheila also graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with honors (Magna Cum Laude) when she received her BA in 2018.

Sheila has been married to Gino Martinez for thirty-five years and has three beautiful children and three beautiful grandchildren. She has been employed with the West Las Vegas Schools for the last 15 years. Sheila is a teacher with the West Las Vegas Head Start at the Tony Serna site. Sheila enjoys creating a foundation for the children and watching them grow.
